Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the digital platforms (including web and mobile applications) developed and maintained by EFGHI Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users, whether registered or unregistered, who engage with the platform as part of the BharatNet infrastructure project or related national-level operations.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the platform only for project-authorized tasks such as POP surveys, RKM logging, DTP validation, and HOTO documentation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and restricting access to your device.
• You are accountable for all data (text, image, geolocation) uploaded via your account.
• You must report any security breach, system vulnerability, or unauthorized access to support@efghi.in.

4. Data Ownership & Confidentiality

All data collected, processed, or generated through the platform — including but not limited to fiber routes, POP infrastructure metadata, spatial files, images, and survey records — remains the property governed under national telecom and cybersecurity regulations. EFGHI Pvt Ltd acts only as a technical enabler and is bound by strict data protection obligations.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 24/7 uptime, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, network constraints, or server updates. We are not liable for delays or errors in data transmission arising from third-party network disruptions.

6. Restrictions on Use

Users shall not:

• Reverse engineer, clone, or replicate the platform or its components
• Upload fake, misleading, or duplicate survey data
• Use the system for any activity not directly related to project execution
• Bypass access controls or attempt unauthorized privilege escalation

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user found violating these Terms or misusing the platform. Data submitted during the course of usage will remain archived as per retention and audit guidelines.

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

This platform may use APIs and services from third-party providers (e.g., Google Maps, AWS, Azure). We do not control these services and are not liable for data handling by such third parties. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any updates.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
