1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the web and mobile platforms provided by EFGHI Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) in connection with national-level telecom infrastructure projects including, but not limited to, the BharatNet initiative.

By accessing, installing, or using our platforms, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Use

• You must be authorized by a recognized entity to access and use the system.
• You agree to use the system only for purposes approved by the project stakeholders and within the limits of your assigned role.
• You must not use the application to upload unauthorized, harmful, or misleading data.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must ensure accuracy and truthfulness in the data you upload (e.g., fiber routes, POP coordinates, images, documents).
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws, government standards, and project-specific requirements while using this platform.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and source code of the platform are the property of EFGHI Pvt Ltd or licensed entities. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or reuse of the platform's code, assets, or structure is strictly prohibited.

5. Government and Project Data

You acknowledge that all infrastructure, geolocation, and planning data belongs to the respective authority (e.g., Government of India). The platform is only a facilitation tool for secure and validated data submission.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to maintain the availability, accuracy, and security of the system, EFGHI Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from system unavailability, user errors, third-party service interruptions, or data mismanagement beyond our control.

7. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice in the event of misuse, data tampering, or violation of these Terms.

8. Use of Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate services such as Google Maps, AWS S3, or location APIs. Your use of such services is subject to their individual terms and privacy policies.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
